losing the weight...

For mama's who hav already given birth how hav u lost the baby weight...it looks like my stomach has gon bck to my pre pregnancy size I've been wearn a body shaper to help but I need to get rid of the extra flab...any helpful hints

  • well i just alternated from 60min cardio, every other day and light weight training on the other days.. and weekends i relaxed.. so excersised 5days a week.. i drank fruit smoothies, and did a lil slimfast.. ate whole grains no prossesed food and.. reg dinner.. and breakfast.. protien for breakfast.. i like omlets.. but thats me .. diet wise you alter to you preferance.. i gained 60lbs with my second preg.. hes 15months and it took 5months to get back to my prepreg wieght.. wich was good.. since i wasnt starving myself.. lol.. and i nuresed the whole time
