Just wondering if there is any uk mums due this month? I'm due on 29th but booked in for c-section on 24th. I have a one year old little boy already, very nervous about c-section, just don't know what to expect......any advice?
Hi, I'm from Essex, not north west but I'm due Oct 30th with my second. I had an emergency c-section after a failed induction with my first, wasn't half as bad as I expected! And I've heard when they ate planned its really calm. Make sure you have plenty of help after though as it wont be quite as easy with a one year old as well! I'm hoping to have a vbac this time but c-section booked for 10th Nov if I haven't had him by then! Feel free to ask any specific questions you want to, I don't mind trying to answer them! Do you know what you are having?

I didn't find out with either but I'm sure this one is another little boy. Have u bothered with raspberry leaf tea? I'm not normally into things like that but I did with my first and my entire labour was less than 5 hours! Good luck!
Yeah I'm from Manchester. Ftm, due in 2 days but no signs of her coming yet B-) :-?? Sometimes I'm jealous of planned c-sections, knowing when you will get to meet your little one! Hope all goes well for you!
How did it go hun, was it a boy like you thought? I never saw your reply because I wasn't tagged, sorry! I have a boy who was three a couple of weeks ago, we kept him a surprise but found out this one was a boy. Have had to have a couple of extra scans and have found he has hydronephrosis in his kidneys so think we would have found out eventually anyway, its apparently most common in boys! Hope all is going well (*)

I'm from the sunny north west too (Hahaha) Lancaster so not too far away from whitehaven. Shoulda been a Sep mum too but, my lil one decided to wait til Oct

I was told by health visitor to wait til she's had 6wk check on her hips(?)...why then is it available for attendance from newborn...:-/
@jennys3rd yeah he loves it! can't do it in class till he's 8 week old, but do it at home, she told me to said she did it from birth with her's and grankids and tells everyone to do it from birth, just done legs so far but since i been doin that after bath he's been going 5hours till next bottle(dunno if its cos of doin that or just a coincidence like lol x x

@lyndsay1983 Haha err... not much if I'm honest :-) ! The other two complain about the cold too much n I'm really not a fan of the cold (& I'm a bit lazy!) Glad ur doin good. Left u a message on ur profile. You meeting up next year with samiuk? Think its a good idea :-) How are the girls with the lil one? Thought the novelty might have worn off a bit with my two by now but they're still so lovely n helpful. So pleased. Was scared they'd be getting jealous.
@jennys3rd ha well after 3 kids wer allowed to be a little lazy! They're made up with her, the poor baby has 3 mums :-) an yeah next year sounds good! I cant find the thread on baby bump tho. Just at the docs... Need the morning after pill!!! I now hate condoms even more :-z xx
@lyndsay1983 Oopsie! God yeah, make sure u don't make it 4! Not yet anyway :-) ! I can't either. Sami is the one to ask. As long as we all keep in touch then it'll be fine... we will figure it out! I'm not so good with the baby bump thing :-S lol He'd be lucky if there was even a possibility of needing morning after pill! Tmi but, so not been in the mood at all! (Not like me AT ALL) Think his internet history on his phone is overrun with porn after not gettin it for 5 weeks Haha.
