Out shopping in oxford today and saw about 4 newborn babies in just babygrows in their pram Wtf!!! It's like 10-15degrees today and they don't even have hats on! I was freezing and ny baby was wrapped up loads. Makes me so mad especially as they will have poorly babies!

A pram is a pushchair or stroller hmm not sure what its called in usa. Lol. It is freezing but not as cold as last year think it snowed this time last year.

@ellie1989 I know exactly what u mean, I saw the same exact thing in romford and it was as if I was the only one upset about this. My baby too was fully wrapped up.
