Sitting up

When did your lo start sitting up for long periods of time, completely on their own? Bentley can sit up now for about 30 seconds but then ends up tumbling over. He doesn't have balance yet. When did yours go from what he's doing to sitting up with no help? How long did it take?

    Mine started in October, which was about Bentley's age. (5.5 months, right?). She fine tuned it a month later, and now has it down to a science and is almost 8 months. Now to start crawling... :-S
