Interstate child support

I live in NJ right now and haven't applied for child support yet but im planning to move to Florida. Can anyone give me some advice?

If he lives in nj do it NOW. From Florida all they will do is send a letter, possibly a phone call. All he has to do is not respond and 3 months later they close it.

Ok how long does it take if i apply now? I just applied to transfer down there and might have to move next month.
