Diaper Cake

I'm making a diaper cake for a friend, I don't know her very well ( sister of a friend really) and I don't want to break the bank. I have some ideas on what to put on the cake but I want some more.

What I have now:
Diapers ( duh )
Baby socks
Butt paste
Teething Tablets
2 Pacifiers
Travel sized baby bubble bath & wash
$25 dollar babies r us gift card ( she is register there)

What I'm thinking about adding:

Small teddy bear/stuffed animal
Board book


Anyone else have some ideas? How big I make it depends on what I have to put on it.

If you roll up onesies after you fold the arms in, then tie a ribbon in the middle and fold it in half on the ribbon it makes two roses.

Oh, and paci clips! Those things are life savers!

bottles, extra nipples, teething rings, onesies, orajel, gripe water, nail clipper, nose sucker thing, rattle, flowers, stuffed animals, toys, baby powder, a&d, a can of formula (if not breastfeeding) , spoons, saline drops.... etc.

i know many of these sound wayy stupid but there always useful and you can decorate them really cute and add like a travel mesh like bag thing with some glitter ribbon or metallic and attach it to the diaper cake.
