Is it ok to put it on a 9 month olds food? My lo loves apples and since he only has 2 teeth I steam them so they are mushy, I thought they would taste better if I put a little cinnamon on them while there steaming.

I just say that because we do have a 3yo at my school who is allergic so it is possible... :-)
