What the hell is going on? is this teething? or something more?

My son is rolling around my bed. Unconsolable screaming I've givin him ibprofen. But he will cry for no reason I can tell of. What do you think I'm dealing with here? I've never been able to not help him go back to sleep. I feel so helpless emilio is 9 months
