Okay so my lo is eating literally 24/7 and if i can get her off the breast for any amount if time she just spots it back up...idk what to do.

She's probably getting too much air or too much foremilk. Have you tried pumping for a bit so that she'll get more of the fatty hindmilk, which will fill her for a longer period.
