baby health question...

When I changed my daughters poopy diaper I noticed a little bit of red blood from her anus.. just a streak I didn't see any source. Of bleeds and it was just. That one instant could it be from straing to hard because her stoll was soild. She seems to be consipated would a little water hurt ?

I would say no to the water. Water toxicity is very real and can cause seziures

Oh wow thanks maybe ill just give her a oz of formula between feedings then she has an appt Monday

They have a medicine at walgreens for constipation.. can't tell you too much more about it because I only saw it in passing.

Yes, my doctor said it was fine to give 2oz when trixie was that age.

We used glucerin supositories cut in half, we couldnt find a formula that worked for her so she was always constipated, she would poop a minute later but definetly call your doc as he may have another suggestion

Kodeys doctor said one once of warm water will loosen stool and they were right he went 3 weeks without pooping. He was also breast fed and doc said he should poop much. But 3 weeks was too much.

An ounce or two won't cause toxicity. You can try a little to see if it helps. It might be her milk if she's on formula, or she could have an intolerance to something you're eating if you're breast feeding.
