I did some googling and I'm not trying to get your hopes up at all. From the links I've read most of them say that the sweet smelling CM (or discharge) could be a sign of pregnancy or [BUZZKILL ALERT] diabetes.
ETA: Or a sign of a healthy vagina or a change in diet.
@veevee i hope so it was weird cus for the past two days ive been smelling this weird sweet smell on me and i couldnt figure where it was coming from till i paid attention to it when i went to the restroom lol sry tmi
When you consume a lot of carbohydrates or simple sugars your vagina can become starchy. This will give off a sweet aroma. Maybe take note of your recent diet history, has it been different compared to normal?
