I like it, if I am remembering correctly it is a name of a vampire from the Anne Rice series... Been years since I read them, so I could be wrong. Don't know if that matters to you.

I have no idea why/how I confused those two they are nothing alike

Also the Anita Blake series has an Asher character in it... Still all great characters with a great name.
