  • I made it for dinner along with greenbeans. My hubby loved it. He usually hates meatloaf. I did run into problem with the wine. Didn't have cork screw. I skipped over that ingredient until hubby got home with the Swiss army knife. Which broke off in the cork. We then took some pliers got the rest out.e Just drizzled it on the meatballs after they were done cooking.
  • Here is a super simple one

    8 (4 ounce) Italian sausage links (mild)
    One jar of spaghetti sauce
    One onion
    One green pepper both sliced
    Slow cooker on low 6 hours
    Hoggie buns
    I had left over for lunch:)

    We don't eat meatloaf much it is just to meaty for my taste.

    Sounds super tasty. Only one problem :( I can't eat tomatoes right now. They trigger my heartburn almost instant since I've become pregnant. Don't matter what I take, drink, and eat to make it go away. I still have it. Lol it sucks so bad! I'm so glad I'm not prego during the summer. I wouldn't survive without home grown tomato. @char
