morning sickness

I can't keep anything but water and crackers down (sorry if that's tmi).

Can anyone recommend anything as I'm so hungry and feel horrible

  • I was the same way and tried everything and eventually had to put on zofran. But ginger tea, ginger ale, mint tea, preggy pops, unisom helps for some, heard sea bands that you put on your wrist help. Hope u find something that works
  • Try to eat protein somehow, it really helps cut down the nausea feeling even though you don't feel like eating it.
  • I recommend getting Zofran from your doctor, that's the only thing that helped me.
  • This may sound crazy but the only thing that helped me was eating. I made sure I ate something light every 2hrs. When my nurse first recommended this to me I looked at her like she was crazy because I couldn't even stomach the thought of eating but once I did I felt alot better and as long as I kept eating I felt better.
