Went to the specialist today. She said my numbers are barely hyperthyroid & can actually be caused by first trimester pregnancy. She also said it usually tends to correct itself through pregnancy. She's more worried about one of my larger nodules. She wants to ultrasound it again to see if it's gotten any bigger. She wants me to have blood work done once a month just to keep an eye on the numbers. As long as the nodule isn't growing she said we'll probably wait until after pregnancy to do anything else. So....it sounds like everything may be fine as long as my numbers stay ok & the nodule doesn't grow. Keeping my fingers crossed & praying. :)
  • That's great! I have to have blood work done every month while pregnant too.
