You can get a deferrment. I got a three month one. For three months you pay nothing and it adds on to the end of the loan. Or you can try to work out a ppayment plan. Deferrments are almost always granted.

Having your tubes tied by laparoscopy after burn is a much speedier recovery than having a c section and having it done then. If no need for a section, definitely have it done separately. With a Lap, recovery is a couple days of pain.
