We always keep sugar candy in ours as well and replace it every so often. sugar babies, werthers candies, or even honey... something like that. it's good to keep on hand for any kind of lethargy or if anyone on the family is diabetic.

I tried mine the other day and holy cow! They were bigger than I remembered ( I bought the beginner kind) and it was pretty difficult to keep that second one in! Definitely a great exercise, but man oh man. I could only do it for like an hour!

I haven't had a baby with a cough that young, but you could try a cool mist humidifier. I would try a little baby vicks on the bottom of the feet as well. I hope they're all on the mend soon!
