If I was you I would just speak with your doctor, my daughter didn't move for about 12 hours before and she was born severely anemic and I almost lost her, I'm not trying to scare you but I would just speak with your doctor. That is why they are there to help you. Sometimes it is normal though if you have had a rough day, they won't be as active. They can tell how you feel and it affects them as well.
