    You have to take it to get it decorated, they punch the holes in it at the top to hang...idk how to punch the holes in myself lol its too hard

    No it was really easy. I watched a youtube video first to get a better idea of how to do it. My hubby did it. I brought it from Babys R Us it cost abt 22$
