  38 weeks and 4 days .. needs help.

  Question? I'm 38 weeks and 4 days my due date is next Friday and I went to my ob gyn appt. Last Friday I'm still not dialated at all but my ob said that my cervix is soft. And now I can't go back to sleep because my body feels so hot, my face and I have a headache and feel nauseaous also I had diarrhea and feeling period cramps . They are not that strong tho but what could this be?
