I'm not a vegan but I am a vegetarian. My dr didn't express any concern about it. I did just find out I have extremely low iron so they put me in iron pills. I don't crave meat at all lol and even if I did I could never eat it! Lol

My iron is low. The drs office just called me yesterday and called me in a prescription for iron. The info that comes w it says it can take weeks to set in tough! Ahhh lol

I sleep all the time too. I'm almost ten weeks. I go to work daily and when I get home I eat and I'm out. I wake up usually for a short time and go back to sleep for the night. Any energy booster ideas?

I heard my babys heart beat yesterday! Based on my last period I'm eight weeks and two days but based upon the size of the baby im seven weeks and five days. My babys heart beat was 171 bpm! Does the rate indicate the sex of the baby at all TIg81?

I called the pharmacist bc I was so stuffed but he told me in my first tri don't take anything. Just deal w it. You can take tylenol but that doesn't help a stuffy nose

So the vitamins cause bloating? Ugh lol I start to feel slightly nauseated at times and then I eat crackers and my stomach seems to settle for a bit. I haven't goren sick though thank god :)

Yes my aunt told me to get them right away. I have been taking them daily. And I'm so gassy too which is not normal for me....except for when I eat something and its to be expected lol but it doesn't matter what I eat now! I hate it lol and im bloat…

I am nervous too! I haven't gotten morning sickness and I sleep w a bra. Ny boobs feel heavy and slightly sore but nothing extreme. The miscarriage stuff scares me too so much! So you are not alone!
