You' re going to need an antibiotic to make it go away if its strep, but you could take some tylenol or motrin to help with the pain and a fever if you have one. Hot tea should help make your throat feel better too. Hope you feel better soon!

@Loving_Life I would make sure you talk to the doctor. I've had constipation issues with my son and the doctor finally gave him a perscription for it (he's two now). I would also try some different formulas.

Do you bf or formula feed? I think once a day is fine. Sometimes with bf its less because breastmilk is used so efficiently by their little bodies. I would only worry if baby seems constipated.
