It can be reflux what you described my friend went through the exact same thing my son had reflux but didn't find out till he was around 3 months he never got upset when he got sick he smiled.

When I got my daughters shot done when I got there they gave me print out with negatives and positive it didn't go more one way then the other. Which I like that my kids Dr office gives me handouts before they get any shots.

Have you tried using a ovulation kit? I used one after not getting pregnant the first month I never know when I'm actually ovulatin. Which from all the apps and research I did my ovulation schedule was off by a week

I give my kids a warm bath and Johnson and Johnson vapor bath. I put Vicks on my kids but I forget if you can do that with a 4 month old. I also use the plug in with vapor.

My kids never lost their hair using baby oil to get cradle cap out. My neighbor son is three months old and they don't use baby oil but he us losing his hair. Some babies lose their hair its not uncommon.
