I didn't get a ultrasound from Dr till 20 weeks but paid a 3d /4d place at 9 weeks and 15 weeks to make sure baby was OK.

I've only been able to do no epi once as I was getting it I had to push so I never got the drugs but my baby was 4.8 and didn't hurt. I couldn't imagine doing it that way with my two others 7.14 and 8.10 I needed stitches for both of them. Good luck…

This is my 4th pregnancy and didn't get any symptoms till around 8 weeks but not full effect till 12 weeks with my first 3 it was right away like 3 to 4 weeks. So that is totally normal
