Just take it easy and keep an eye on it. I spotted multiple times with both my pregnancies. With my son I even bled red with clotting. Both of my pregnancies were completely healthy and I delivered both at 40w1d.

With both I went into labor at wakes out of town so I never had a bag packed, lol. Sent the boyfriend home for clothes for me and baby and hygenicals and that's all I really used.
